We help dental practices show up in local search, explain treatments clearly and make booking simple, so patients feel informed and at ease before they walk in. Every page, ad and post is written within AHPRA’s advertising rules.
Brisbane-based, working with dental practices across Australia.

Dental practices compete heavily on local search visibility and first impressions. Many patients delay booking because of dental anxiety or worry about cost, so marketing needs to reduce friction and reassure, rather than push urgency. For practices offering cosmetic dentistry, there’s an extra layer of advertising rules to get right.
Six services that work together, so patients can find you, feel at ease and book.
Strong local SEO for competitive dental search terms, so people searching for a dentist nearby can find your practice. We optimise your Google Business Profile and local listings so your hours, services and contact details stay accurate.
Fast, mobile-friendly websites with simple online booking, clear treatment pages, and pricing transparency where appropriate.
Calm, plain-language content that explains common procedures and what to expect, to help nervous patients feel at ease, plus social content that introduces your team and practice environment.

Supporting new practice openings, associate dentist onboarding, or the introduction of new equipment or services.
A single-dentist practice and a multi-location group need different things from their marketing. Here’s where we can help.
Stay visible in local search and make it easy for new patients to book.
Explain treatments such as veneers clearly and responsibly, within AHPRA’s advertising rules for cosmetic procedures.
Keep branding, Google listings and reporting consistent across every practice.
Build awareness for a new practice, a new associate dentist or a new service.
Dentists are registered with the Dental Board of Australia and AHPRA, and the National Law’s advertising rules apply to dental practices. The practice is responsible for what it advertises, including content written on its behalf. So we write and review every website page, ad and social post for dental practices with those rules in mind.

Anything involving clinical information is reviewed by your practice before it goes live.
Yes. Local visibility comes from a few things we work on together: a complete and accurate Google Business Profile, a website with clear pages for each treatment and location, consistent listings across the web and useful content for patients. We can’t guarantee a ranking position, but we track how your visibility and enquiries change so you can see what’s working.
Yes. Since 2 September 2025, AHPRA’s guidelines for advertising higher risk non-surgical cosmetic procedures, which include dental veneers, apply on top of the usual advertising rules. Among other things, they ban testimonials, advertising that exploits people’s insecurities and advertising aimed at under-18s. Before-and-after images must be genuine and unedited, with a prominent warning that the outcome applies only to that patient. We write cosmetic content to those rules and recommend your practice checks it against the guidelines before it’s published.
We help with the parts marketing can influence. We make your cancellation policy clear and easy to find on your website, set up simple online booking and rescheduling pathways where your booking system supports them, and write the wording for reminder messages. The reminders themselves are sent through your practice management system.
We use calm, plain-language wording that explains what happens at each step, who the patient will meet and what to expect. We avoid fear-based messaging, urgency and unrealistic promises such as “painless”. The aim is to help nervous patients feel informed before they walk in. Your dental team reviews anything involving clinical information before it’s published.
Yes. We build a focused plan around the new dentist: a profile page with their qualifications shown exactly as registered, an announcement across your channels, local search visibility and, if it suits your budget, Google Ads aimed at nearby people searching for a dentist. Messaging stays factual: who they are, the services they offer and how to book. We can’t promise a set number of bookings, but we track enquiries and appointment availability so you can see what’s working.
Yes. We present the pricing information your practice supplies clearly and accurately, including what’s included, so patients aren’t surprised. If you advertise a price or an offer, its full terms and conditions go in the same advertisement. We recommend your practice confirms its fees and payment-plan wording before it’s published.
It depends on your location, competition and budget. Google Ads can send people to your website quickly, while local SEO builds gradually over months. We agree what to measure at the start, such as website enquiries, calls and clicks on your booking link, and report against it regularly. We don’t guarantee outcomes.
Your practice does. We draft the copy, and your principal dentist or practice manager reviews anything involving clinical information before it goes live, because advertisers are ultimately responsible for their own advertising.
